Design, Preservation & Heritage
Wilder on the Taylor was founded and developed with keen eye for design, lasting preservation, and an opportunity to build a family heritage for many years to come. The team at Wilder enlisted the help of the Colorado Division of Wildlife, towns of Gunnison and Crested Butte, along with many others to create a design workshop. One of the examples of what came out of the design workshop were the wildlife friendly fences. By studying the migration patterns of the elk, deer, and big horn sheep the design team was able to create an architectural piece on the ranch that met both needs of the wildlife and new owners. Watch the video as Ron Welborn describes the design, preservation, and heritage of Wilder on the Taylor.
